Hamelech
There is a saying which appears 14 times in chapter one of this week’s Parsha Bamidbar. It is written for each tribe just before their count and just after the word שמות or שמת (names) is mentioned. In a former finding it was shown how the different usages of the word “names” lead to a gematria about Moshiach ben Dovid. The saying is given below with an interesting code in it.
כל זכר מבן עשרים שנה ומעלה כל יצא צבא
The word המלך (the king) is coded here with a two skip starting with the ה of the word שנה. Notice that this whole phrase is used 14 times. 14 is the gematria of David. He is known as Dovid Hamelech (king David). He is the predecessor of Moshiach ben Dovid. The word המלך can also refer to The King, Hashem, who will bring back the throne of King David with the Moshiach.
The phrase says “all men from 20 years of age and up, all who were able to go to war.” There are two concepts here. One is that only from men do we get our king. The second is that we must be willing to wage war (done with Hashem’s blessings) to be able to gain the kingship. This war could be physical but it could also be spiritual. Children are not held totally accountable for their sins, adults are. Adults must fight against spiritual decay. True a child must be given chinuk (education) in order to prepare the future adult, but it is the adults who will ultimately bring back the throne of Dovid.

Moshiach ben Dovid

Moshiach ben Dovid
In chapter one of Pashas Bamidbar, when speaking of the count of each tribe of Klal Yisroel, the Torah has words במספר שמות or במספר שמת. Eight times it uses שמת and four times it uses שמות. Why the difference? Adding the gematriot of all of these usages of “shemot” gives us 8 x 740 + 4 x 746 = 8904 = 21 x 424. 21 is the gematria of אהיה as in Shemot 3:14 where it says אהיה שלחני אליכם (I Shall BE has sent Me to you). And 424 = משיח בן דוד (Moshiach ben Dovid). In Melachim II chapter 2 Eliyahu says Hashem שלחני to Elisha three times. Hashem שלחני = 26 + 398 = 424.
These different usages of the word “shemot” (names) seem to be telling us Hashem will send us Moshiach ben Dovid because of our names. If we make our names great and worthy of Moshiach.

In Shemos 28:21 there are the words: שתים עשרה על שמתם which contains a 2 ELS code of the name משה and a 3 ELS code of the same name backwards. The 2 ELS code begins at the מ of שתים and go two letters to the left and repeat. The three ELS code starts with the ה of עשרה and go three letters to the left then repeat. So, Moshe is coded in Parshat Tetzaveh.

The Torah is Hashem’s masterpiece. Hashem signed His work!!
The middle letter of the Torah is an Aleph. ( In Vayikra 8:28)
Hashem is One is the centerpiece of the Torah.
Following this Aleph are 6 words numerically equaling the Shema.
Also same number of words and letters as the Shema.
The Shema has an Aleph as its middle letter (the 13th letter) and the 6
words of the numerically equivalent also has an Aleph as its middle
letter.
